2 tablespoons of soy sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

1. Place the fish on a dish suitable for steaming. Season with sesame oil, salt and pepper to taste. Put aside.

2. Peel and slice the ginger, then mince the garlic, onion and a small portion of ginger.

3. Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the minced onion and ginger and stir until fragrant.

4. Pour in the soy sauce, black pepper and salt, mix and cook for a few seconds before transferring to a bowl.

5. Prepare your steamer. Cover the plate of fish with aluminum foil and put it in the steamer for 10 minutes.

6. Remove the foil from the steamer and open the lid. Arrange the chopped ginger, green onions and onion over the fish sauce.

7. Steam for another 5 minutes.

8. Serve with steaming rice.

5. Mix the tomato ketchup, soy sauce, cooking wine, water and cornstarch. Put aside.

6. Remove fish and coat in flour. Once fried, add the ginger, onion and chilli and sauté for 2 minutes over high heat in a separate wok.

7. Add the sweet sauce and stir well for 2 minutes.

8. To serve, pour some sauce on a plate and place the fish on it.

3. Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat with the fish cutlets, okra and tomato.

4. Season with salt and sugar to taste.

5. The fish curry is ready to serve.
