Zoes Kitchen, Clark’s Fish Camp, more receive multiple health violations – Action News Jax

Restaurant, Zoes Food, located at 10422 San Jose Boulevard in Jacksonville received nine violations. Three of the violations listed were considered high priority.

  • Employee personal items stored above the food preparation area
  • Raw animal feed stored on “ready to eat” feed
  • Potentially dangerous food temperatures

Zoes Kitchen made the following statement:

“We have taken immediate action to correct the issues at this restaurant including replacing the kitchen equipment and are actively working with our team members to strengthen our training standards to ensure this does not happen again at the to come up.”

Nordstrom Bazille, located at 4835 Town Crossing Drive in Jacksonville, received 13 infractions.

The inspectors found:

  • Potentially dangerous food temperatures
  • stained / dirty cutting board
  • The menu does not identify dressings containing raw ingredients

Alligator dock, located at 8650 Baymeadows Road in Jacksonville, received 15 infractions.

The inspectors found:

  • Three live flies
  • Potentially dangerous food temperatures
  • Mold like substance in ice machine

Clark Fish Camp, located at 12903 Hood Landing Road in Jacksonville received 18 infractions.

The inspectors found:

  • Five little flying insects
  • Potentially dangerous food temperatures
  • Manager without proof of food manager certification
